It is built upon four fundamental and integrated principles;

  2. commitment,
  3. conduct,
  4. review.

My early career discipline came from my management and development with Marks and Spencer plc, UK. I rose to store manager before taking secondment to the training and development department, integrating and training the Point of Sale system throughout the retail network. Looking for a new challenge I moved to the hospitality industry, and took the position of a senior manager at a five star hotel responsible for the Golf and Leisure Operations, which also included event management. I was part of a team that turned a failing hotel into a high performing business.

Susan has a senior project management, policy and HR background in the public sector and has been successfully working for the last fifteen years across private, public, community and voluntary sectors as an Assessor, Coach and Consultant. Susan assesses and advises on many quality standards (Investors in People, matrix, Customer Service Excellence, Merlin). Susan is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
